In 1999 the conservation project of the exterior of the Belem Tower, carried out by Nova Conservação/NC between 1997 and 1998, received the EUROPA NOSTRA Award for its technical and scientific excellence. The official ceremony took place at the Belém Tower on June 16, 2000.

EUROPA NOSTRA Jury distinguished the interventions in the Cathedral and Museum of the Diocese of Santarém, highlighting that "The conservation of paintings, sculptures, ecclesiastical objects (...) was carried out with efficiency and great attention to detail by the conservators. (. ..)" Nova Conservação carried out in 2013the conservation and restoration work of 3 lots of sacred art objects from the Diocese of Santarém.

The Gulbenkian Heritage - Tereza e Vasco Vilalva jury awarded the Prize to the rehabilitation project (both functional and constructive), the redesign of the furniture and the painting restoration of the Church of Santa Isabel, in Lisbon, highlighting, among other aspects, “the multidisciplinary and extremely high level of qualification of the team (…)”. Nova Conservação has been developing conservation works in this pluriannual intervention since 2016.

Special Award "Turismo de Portugal" for the Estoi Palace Hotel, in Faro.
Nova Conservação participated between 2009 and 2010 in the lake and statuary restoration as well as the conservation and restoration of architectural and decorative elements in the gardens (South sector).

The jury awarded an honorable mention in the category “New Public Project” to the Valorization of the Roman Ruins of Tróia. Nova Conservação has been developing conservation campaigns in Tróia since 2010.

The jury of the SOS Azulejo Prize distinguished REFER in the category of 'Conservation and Restoration Intervention', for the conservation and restoration works carried out in the Pinhão and in the S. Bento railway stations. The São Bento station intervention was carried out by Nova Conservação, between 2010 and 2011.

The jury of SOS Azulejo distinguished the Municipality of Torres Vedras and the "Conservation and Restoration of the tiles of the Cloister of the Convento da Graça, Torres Vedras," intervention carried out in 2015 by Nova Conservação.

APOM Prize Jury awarded an Honorable Mention in the category “Intervention in Conservation and Restoration” to the intervention held at the Museum of Sacred Art in Funchal (Madeira Island). NC participated in 2017, carrying out restoration works on the tower tiles.

APOM Prize Jury awarded the Prize in the category of “Intervention in Conservation and Restoration” to the “Ecological practices in conservation” implemented in the cloister of the Jerónimos Monastery, en Lisboa, carried out by Nova Conservação in 2020-2021.

APOM Prize Jury awarded the Prize of “Museum of the Year” to the Iberian Museum of Archaeology and Art of Abrantes.

The Jury of the PNRU - Urban Rehabilitation National Prize awarded the category of “Best intervention under a 1000 sq mt” to the Musealisation project of the Islamic Baths and Barreto's Manor House; intervention carried out by Nova Conservação between 2018 and 2021.

The Jury of the PNRU - Urban Rehabilitation National Prize awarded the rehabilitation of the Cinema Batalha (Oporto), in the category of “Best intervention with Social Impact”.
